Young Alumni Take Action

Hello,

My name is Stephen Salomon and I am a senior graduating in May. This year I have decided to walk the Breast Cancer 3day in Boston. This is a 60 mile walk to support the fight against breast cancer. My mother walked this event six years ago and has been involved with the crew side of it ever since then. My brother Wes and I, and our Dad, have been involved for the last three years, on crew teams too. This year our youngest brother Zack is now eligible to walk in the event so the three of us brothers decided to walk together as a team. Unlike the crew teams, all walkers must raise a minimum of $2200 each. This means a team total of $6600. We really believe in the fight against breast cancer. It has touched all of us through family and close friends and we are committed to help erase this disease from our lifetime and generations to come.

We are asking for your help. Beginning at the crack of dawn on August 15th, we will begin our walk through many towns, and finish in the city of Boston, on Sunday. On Friday morning we will walk the first 20 miles and then sleep in a tent, get up again Saturday and walk another 20 miles, sleep in a tent, and wake up and walk another 20 miles on Sunday. It may rain and the temperature may be over 90 degrees but we will still walk, no matter what. You write the check and we will walk the sixty miles. You can be proud that you helped in the support of the fight against breast cancer and know that you helped us to walk the 60 miles through a monetary tax deductible donation. We would like to thank you in advance for your generosity.
