- Don Murphy has resigned as President of the House Corporation. (The KTAA had previously merged with the House Corporation.) Murph accomplished a lot in his tenure. In my opinion, he elevated the status of the KTAA/House Corp. and greatly increased its fundraising capabilities. Thanks, Murph!
- Patrick Dicaprio has taken Murph’s place on the House Corp., though some of the specific duties of the members have not yet been determined. The current House Corp. members are Karl Oestreich, Dave MacKenzie (treasurer), Darren Felzenberg (secretary), Tony Dazzo, and Patrick Dicaprio.
- Ken Friedman (FriedmanK@GSICommerce.com) checked in and told me all about his life, past and present. Please send him an email if you want to catch up.
- During on ongoing techie discussion at the NYKT yahoo group, Jeff Weiss, the management major dropped this nugget: “So what am I doing now? Oracle Database Administration consulting and some UNIX shell scripting. I still use /dev/null a lot, and like it!”
- Jamie Thompson and his wife Britney welcomed their first child, James W. Thompson, in July. They are still living in the Troy area, in Brunswick.
- Early notice: Alumni Weekend 2006 will be the weekend of April 23rd.
